These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by IT Services 4 Me Ltd (trading as ITServices4.me), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11299592. Our registered office is at The Green Tree, Bardney Road, Branston Booths, Lincoln, LN4 1JG. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to IT Services 4 Me Ltd. “You”, “Your”, “Client” refers to the individual or business engaging our services. “Services” refers to any web design, development, hosting, SEO, social media management, graphic design or other digital services we provide. “Website” refers to any website we design, develop or host on your behalf. “Content” refers to any text, images, videos or other materials provided by either party for use in the project.
3.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3.2 All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Website design projects require a 50% deposit before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before the website goes live.
3.4 Hosting and ongoing services are billed monthly or annually in advance, as agreed.
3.5 Additional work requested outside the original scope will be quoted separately and must be approved in writing before work begins.
4.1 Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card and credit card.
4.3 Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4.4 We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date.
5.1 We will design and develop your website in accordance with the agreed specification and brief.
5.2 The project timeline is contingent upon timely provision of content, feedback and approvals from you. Delays in providing these may extend the project timeline.
5.3 You will be provided with up to 3 rounds of revisions at each design stage. Additional revisions may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
5.4 Upon final approval and full payment, the website will be published to the agreed domain.
5.5 We test all websites in the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and on common mobile devices. Legacy browser support may be available at additional cost.
6.1 Our managed WordPress hosting includes server maintenance, WordPress core and plugin updates, daily backups, SSL certificate, security monitoring and 2 email accounts.
6.2 Hosting is provided on a monthly (£9.99 + VAT) or annual (£99.99 + VAT) basis, payable in advance.
6.3 We aim to maintain 99.9% server uptime. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for losses arising from downtime.
6.4 We reserve the right to suspend hosting if the website is used for illegal purposes, distributes malware, or consumes excessive server resources.
6.5 Cancellation of hosting requires 30 days written notice. No refunds will be given for unused portions of annual hosting plans.
7.1 Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the custom design and content created specifically for your project transfers to you.
7.2 Third-party elements (themes, plugins, stock imagery, fonts) remain subject to their respective licence terms.
7.3 We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.4 You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
8.1 Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in question.
8.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
8.3 While we take reasonable precautions to secure your website, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We recommend maintaining your own backups of critical data.
9.1 Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for all work completed to date.
9.2 Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
9.3 We reserve the right to cancel a project if you fail to respond to communications for a period exceeding 60 days.
10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
